Big Al's lil essay
In today's work culture and competitive environment, educational institutions and organisations allow students and staff to work together in groups at some accommodating and coordinating rates, thus demonstrating community or team work experience. The students are asked to work in groups because it enables collaborative learning for the students. Researchers note that, irrespective of subject matter; students learning in small groups continue to learn more about and remember more of what is learned than when the same material is delivered in other instructional formats. There are several potential explanations for the students being asked to work in small groups. Many of them do the following:
• Giving students the opportunity to work on a project that is too big or complicated for an individual
• Encouraging students of diverse backgrounds to bring their unique expertise, experience, or skills to a project, and explaining their orientation to others
• Giving students the opportunity to educate others.
• Providing students with the ability to educate others.
• Providing students with a standardised environment so that they can learn hits relevant to professional circumstances
Number of advantages for students working in groups for a limited period of time or large projects such as:
• Students with learning disabilities can speak in a small group.
• Overall more students have the ability to take part in the class.
• Group speaking will help to resolve the anonymity and passivity of a large class or class meeting in a suitably designed space.
• Students preparing to take part regularly train for college.
• The students are prepared for their future in the field.
Our group was founded to complete a case study assignment "Merged School Company" The role was to objectively examine the case study to figure out the issues in the merger, and then offer management advice on strategies and practices.
The aim of this report is to focus on my Team assignment experience. In this article, I will address my experience with regard to our group creation, the organisation of the work and how we handled our group work.
Team Formation
The main stage is this. It is the moment when the group leaders and group activities are determined. Students may form their own groups, or may be assigned to them. Our case falls into the first category instructor, so we picked our group members and created a group of five.We were acquainted with each other's faces, as we were all classmates; but at that time everyone introduces themselves to others. We agreed to pick a leader to make communication smooth and transparent, then we took each other's contact numbers.
They also explore our community task a little bit about what needs to be done. Everybody on the team shared their thoughts.
Job organisation
After community creation the first obstacle faced was how to coordinate the work to complete the task on time.We divided the mission into smaller pieces at first stage and allocated those sections to each member of the team. Developing a time line is the easiest way to complete the task on time, so we've agreed on when to complete it for each task. Now all members of the team know who is going to do what, in what manner and by when. And we made our Gantt diagram:

Acknowledging and managing group processes
The proper understanding and management of group processes is essential in order to work effectively in a group. In this context some
suggestions are as follows:
• Working in a community works if everybody has an opportunity to make positive contributions to the group project and to the conversation at meetings.
• Decide what you have done, not at the end of each meeting, at the start of each meeting.
• Pick someone from the community to write ideas and document the decisions of all meetings and groups.
Allocate group process responsibility; can appoint a group leader to do so.
• Save some time at the end of the first meeting, and regularly as the group continues; test how the process works with each other.
We continued with our group assignment by following the listed group process as follows:
All and Their Suggestions included: We gave everyone a chance to submit their assignment suggestions. Our goal was to produce
as many ideas as possible. We listened carefully to all the suggestions and then we listed all the sheets of suggestions so that we don't forget them, or they don't get lost.Using this method we made a lot of adjustments to our group work and also made some innovative changes.
Leadership of Team Leadership
Team helps to work group more efficiently, so we've chosen a group leader. The leadership of the group supported
us in a variety of ways, like:
• Team leader was responsible for overseeing the coordination of the job to get it completed. He was also responsible for identifying and handling community dynamics in order to keep the environment positive.
• The leader always supported each and every effort to achieve the job with an eye. To do this, he observed our group work process to test that the group is going quickly, leaving a few people behind? Is it time to move attention
to other aspects of the challenge?
• It also facilitated communication between groups and maintained a supportive environment.
• He also anticipated the knowledge, materials or other tools that the group needs as they work.
• He was also responsible for having started and done on time. And he had work arranged accordingly.
Focusing on Direction
After we have collected a great deal of ideas that we categorise and analyse. Then we'll pick some suggestions from among them all. Then we'll discuss each of the advantages and disadvantages. We're also asking community leaders to vote for suggestions that helped us remove some. We also listed the ideas in priority order based on this vote, and then finalised them.
Some of the issues we faced during our community project are here:

Conclusion
What matters the most at the end of the project is what we have learned from the experiences of our community working. During the time of working together, circumstances came up and we were checked on the scales of decision taking and managing the stresses and exceptions.
